Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) APEDA Act 1985 ke under established hai — Ministry of Commerce and Industry ke under statutory body. APEDA Act ki First Schedule mein listed "scheduled products" export karne ke liye RCMC mandatory hai — bina RCMC ke customs clearance nahi hoti.
APEDA scheduled products mein hain: fresh aur processed fruits aur vegetables, basmati rice, meat (buffalo, sheep/goat, poultry) aur meat products, dairy products (ghee, butter, cheese, milk powder), groundnuts aur guar gum, cereal preparations, bakery products (biscuits, pastries, confectionery), alcoholic aur non-alcoholic beverages (wine, beer, fruit juice), floriculture, organic produce. Important: Spices → Spice Board; Tea → Tea Board; Coffee → Coffee Board; Marine products → MPEDA. APEDA inka cover nahi karta.

Processed aur Packaged Food
Biscuits, chocolates, confectionery, beverages (fruit juices, soft drinks), alcoholic beverages (wine, beer, spirits), cereal preparations, bakery items — APEDA covered. FSSAI Central License + APEDA RCMC both needed.
Floriculture aur Organic Produce
