Stage 1 — Documentation Preparation: Quality/Environmental/Security Policy, Quality Manual, SOPs, Work Instructions, Records aur applicable forms prepare karte hain — standard ke clause-wise requirements ke against

Step 3

Stage 2 — Process Implementation: Document kiya hua jo hai woh actual operations mein implement karna — staff training, records maintain karna shuru karna

Step 4

Stage 3 — Internal Audit: Certification se pehle internal audit conduct hota hai — non-conformances identify karke corrective actions complete kiye jaate hain

Step 5

Stage 4 — Management Review: Senior management ISO requirements, audit results aur improvement opportunities review karta hai — record maintain karna mandatory hai

Step 6

Stage 5 — Certification Body (CB) Selection: NABCB-accredited CB select karna — Bureau Veritas, SGS, TÜV SÜD, DNV, Intertek etc. Hamare consultants appropriate CB recommend karte hain

Step 7

Stage 6 — Stage 1 Audit (Documentation Review): CB auditor documents review karta hai aur Stage 2 audit ke liye readiness assess karta hai — typically off-site ya short on-site visit

Step 8

Stage 7 — Stage 2 Audit (On-site Implementation Audit): CB auditor actual operations visit karta hai — processes, records, staff interviews. Conformances aur non-conformances documented hoti hain. Certificate milta hai ya NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) raise hote hain
